Quizzicool Team Building

Puzzle Hunts - Staff will be in teams of 2 - 8 people.  (see Puzzle Hunt for details).  These are perfect for team building.  To be the first team to find the treasure, each member will need to contribute.  The best results will come from the team who identifies a leader, speaks to each member of the team to discover their strengths and weaknesses and calmly works together to finish the puzzles quickly and efficiently.  Whilst a good level of general knowledge is a definite advantage, the winners are always the team that works together.

Treasure Trails - (see Treasure Trail for details) If you want your staff to get some fresh air, this is the choice for you.  In teams of any size, groups will be sent off at 5 minute intervals with a Treasure Trail.  They will be timed.  The group with the highest score wins.  In the event of a tie, the group that completed the course quickest will be the winners.

Strive for Five

Staff will be in teams of 2-8 people.  Teams complete 5 rounds - 'Thinking Outside the Box', 'It Takes Two', 'Five of a Kind', 'Picture This', and 'Don't Lose Your Head'.

In each round individuals or teams identify 5 items or themes and what they have in common.

Thinking Outside the Box - A grid with 25 items needs to be sorted into 5 groups and the connection for each group explained.

It Takes Two - From 2 grids each team must pair 5 sets of themes. One half of each pair is in opposite grids. What connects them?

Strive for Five - A simple case of explaining what 5 items have in common. (There are 10 puzzles to complete in this round).

Picture This - Five pictures are all connected. Explain what each picture is representing and then what connects all five.

Don't Lose Your Head - Each column of words has lost it's head - there are 25 heads to put back on! This can be done like a quiz and completed as separate timed rounds, or the whole thing set against the clock.

Murder Mystery - Put staff into teams of 2 - 10 people.  (see Murder Mystery for details).  Notes can been taken regarding the dynamic of each team and team member. (See Murder Mystery page for details of stories, event etc).
